Patrolman Detwiler, Patrolman Frye, Patrolman Fox, and Patrolwoman Wasser, all of the Altoona Police Department located in Pennsylvania need to be fired for their misconduct. How do we achieve that you may ask. Look no further, we as United States citizens can report a police department to the civil rights branch of the Department of Justice. You can call them, send them your complaint via mail, or submit your report online.
IMPORTANT: Please scroll down to the bottom of this page and read the 5/1 motion from KFA. In that motion she clearly lays out each act of misconduct taken by these four members of the APD specifically, read the entire thing and take notes. Do not submit a report if you don't understand what actions were police misconduct. We want well thought out, clear and respectful reports being submitted. In your report, make sure you include the date, time, location, the person who you are submitting this for, and the reason.
